The tecware galore website works in 2 section:

1. The main shop is where you land by clicking on any of our shop or product links.
2. The specialised product lists have all the products which are currently available in South Africa. These comprehensive product lists also have all the products that are listed in the shop.
3. Please make sure you use one section of the shop at a time, as the 2 shopping carts are seperate from each other.
4. EG: If you are have a product in your cart from the main shop, you cannot add a product from the comprehensive price lists into that cart it will be added into a seperate cart.

Steps to follow:

1. Please note that there are 2 sections to the store. A main store and a comprehensive store with product lists. Please use one of the sections of the store at any one time only.
2. Create a user account and fill out all the relevant information we need to process your order. Address details entered will become your default delivery address. (You can browse the main shop without doing this, and add to the main cart, however you will be unable to browse the comprehensive listings).
3. Once you have submitted your form you will be sent an email with your username and password that you can use to login to the website, and you will be automatically logged in.
4. Browse the website and find what you like.
5. You may now also browse the comprehensive listings or continue in the main shop. Follow the steps and you will be taken to checkout. Remember to use one section of the shop at a time.
6. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by product support with your final invoice.
7. Once you have made the EFT transfer then you should allow for 2 - 4 days for delivery.
